Avatars are available for description approvals, name changes, and questions relating to these items. Request immortal for administrative issues requiring urgent attention such as another player violating policies. Do not request immortal for bugs unless they relate to an exploit that should not be made public. Otherwise, post bugs and potential bugs to the bugs board. Do not request immortal for area hints or questions. Use the newbie channel and the wiki for those questions. When making a request try to include as much detail in the request as possible.
